Coaching for Performance

Our internal coaching program is designed to empower employees by giving them the tools they need in order to overcome professional challenges, develop their skills and increase their performance. In a series of guided conversations, with support from the coach, the “coachee” is enabled to clarify the challenge at hand, explore new ways of thinking about it, explore and acknowledge personal limitations, and discover and implement “personal” solutions. We think of coaching as a partnership in which both parties involved commit to developing the skills of the “coachee”.

Team Lead Development

Through our Team Lead Development Program we train and assist colleagues that have recently taken over a team leading role. During the program they acquire knowledge and practice skills that enable them to structure, plan and monitor their team’s activity, clarify expectations and set goals, provide and ask for feedback, challenge and motivate the team, and ensure a healthy social climate within the team. We explore how individuals and team needs change and develop as time goes by, or when a new member joins, and how to adjust leadership style to the needs of the team and the team’s members.

Talent Management Program

We map employees’ potential and invest in developing it. Our Talent Management Program is designed to prepare colleagues with high management potential to speak both “business language” and “people language”. Our colleagues learn about developing and implementing a strategy, setting personal and team objectives, managing organizational change, business development practices, HR practices, marketing practices, legal practices, innovation and creativity. This way they are better equipped for taking over a management role. But we also invest in developing interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. Guiding a team in reaching the highest levels of performance depends on a leader’s ability to understand individual and team needs and provide the right context in which they will be addressed.

Integrations & Transitions

We want to make sure that when you join our company, your integration goes as smoothly as possible. We want you to meet key people, both within the organization and in your department. They will support you in understanding not only your role, your tasks and responsibilities, but also our culture and the way we leave our values in our day-to-day work. At the same time, your designated mentor will keep a close eye on your integration and provide support whenever needed. We take a similar care when you move to a new role within the organization in order to provide assistance during your transition.

Even if you are still studying, we encourage you to make a first step in the direction of your future career. You can opt for an NTT DATA Romania internship or scholarship, practice your skills and gain insights on how real IT projects are implemented, while you are still studying. Use this opportunity not only to gain professional experience, but also to establish professional contacts.
